Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We sell pet clothing, costumes, accessories and other pet-related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs, measurements, photographs and descriptions accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.

Product packaging, patterns and minor design details may also vary from photographs where this does not materially change the product.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pet Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided on each product page and measuring their pet carefully before ordering.

Sizing may vary between products, so you should not assume that the same size will fit across every item.

If you order an incorrect size, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product has been incorrectly described, labelled or supplied.

4. Pet Safety and Product Use

Our pet costumes and accessories should always be used responsibly and with appropriate supervision.

You should ensure that products fit your pet comfortably and do not restrict breathing, movement, vision, hearing or normal behaviour.

Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing a costume or accessory where doing so could create a safety risk.

Immediately remove a product if your pet appears distressed, uncomfortable or attempts to chew or swallow any part of it.

Products should not be used if damaged in a way that could create a choking, entanglement or other safety hazard.

These precautions do not exclude any obligations we have regarding product safety or consumer guarantees under applicable Australian law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may contact you if there is a genuine issue with your order, including an incorrect price caused by an obvious technical error, suspected fraudulent activity, an unavailable product or incorrect shipping information.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required to correct an obvious error and you agree to the correction.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where GST applies, prices will be displayed or calculated in accordance with applicable Australian requirements.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct it before dispatch where reasonably possible.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return conditions are separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We do not exclude or restrict these rights.

10. Faulty or Damaged Products
